I procured a fully itemised & invoiced "door to door shipping & insurance service" which included:
Door-to-door pickup/delivery; insurance; shipping & dock fees & customs clearance, from Sam & Colin at DRS for the delivery of my personal effects to Sydney, Australia.

I had over $250k & 28 years of my life packed into a 20ft container which was the only thing DRS arranged - nothing else.
After the container was picked up I was left with no contact & no return calls from Sam Young or Colin, either directly or through their company website for weeks on end (& now, not at all).

As a result, I had to make 3 days worth of enquiries at Patricks Wharf in Sydney to find my goods (and another 4 working days to negotiate its release with various parties) which at this stage had collected over $2,300 in dock storage fines. I then had to pay the shipping & container costs again - another $2,300.

I then had to arrange & pay another $4,400 for Customs & Clearance in Aus (Which I had already paid DRS for) before I could get anything away from the docks - which was costing me $300 a day in storage fines.

Only finally getting a reply from DRS they said they would/were in the process of fixing me up - that was the last I heard from them. They fixed me up alright - right royally ‘stitched up’…
An $8,000 shipment has now cost me over $19,000 and climbing, & I am still having hassles with the shipment 4 months in.

There is nothing good to say about Colin or Sam. They utterly fleeced me.. took my $,8000 & left me high & dry. I am now financial & spiritually broke with a $19,000 debt & transit damaged good that should have only cost $8,000.

These guys are thieves.
